Malla Saarinen

Malla Saarinen has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment and talent attraction. Malla started their career as a Psychology Assistant at MPS Finland Consulting Oy, where they organized assessment days and took care of the candidates' well-being. Malla then became a Psychologist Trainee, providing recruitment solutions and psychological assessments for client companies. From there, Malla worked as a Consultant and Licensed Psychologist at Psycon Corporation, specializing in recruitment, personal assessments, and leadership development. Malla then joined Siili Solutions as a Consultant, where they focused on talent attraction and engagement, recruiting top professionals and solving everyday issues. Currently, Malla is working at Supercell as a Recruitment Lead, responsible for recruiting and managing the best talent for the mobile game developer.

Malla Saarinen received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management and Organizations from Aalto University in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology at the University of Helsinki in 2005. In 2017, they also obtained a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment Certificate from the institution Social Talent.
