Matt Millwood has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Matt started their career at Coffey as a Geotechnician, where they supported Geotechnical Engineers in testing construction materials and analyzing samples. After that, they worked at Total Arcade Consulting Software as a Programmer, developing games for multiple platforms and maintaining existing codebases. Matt then joined ImmersaView Pty Ltd as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development and maintenance of software for real-time applications and projection alignment. Matt later became a Lead Programmer at Halfbrick, where they shipped multiple titles for mobile platforms and worked on updates for Fruit Ninja. Matt then joined King as a Lead Game Developer, where they contributed to the development of Farm Heroes Saga and core libraries and tools. Currently, they are working at Supercell as a Team Lead, Client Tech, overseeing the technical aspects of various game projects, including Clash Royale and Boom Beach.

From 2010 to 2011, Matt Millwood attended QANTM, where they pursued a Bachelor of Interactive Entertainment with a focus on Games Programming.
