Superior Bowen
Robert (Toby) Oberman is an experienced plant manager currently serving at Superior Bowen since April 2013. Prior to this role, Oberman worked at Vulcan Materials Company as an Asphalt Plant Foreman from June 2004 to April 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and maintenance for two plants in the Tucson area. Earlier in their career, from August 1982 to June 2004, Oberman was the Asphalt Plant Superintendent at W.L. Miller Company, managing operations, maintenance, and the relocation of a portable asphalt plant. Oberman's diverse skill set encompasses equipment operation, hazardous material hauling, and concrete and asphalt production. Education was completed at Hamilton High School in Hamilton, Illinois, from 1979 to 1983.
