The Lab Operations team at Superior Optical Labs, Inc. is responsible for the entire manufacturing process of prescription eyeglasses, from cutting lenses to applying coatings like Crizal®. They ensure high-volume and high-quality production by utilizing state-of-the-art, computer-linked equipment and VisionStar Lab Management System. The team, which includes positions such as Lab Tech, Lab Director, and 2nd Shift Lab Manager, plays a critical role in maintaining rigorous “3 point” inspections to eliminate out-of-tolerance products and ensure timely delivery of flawless optical products.
