Paul brings several decades of experience and a distinguished international reputation for transforming and leading businesses in the IT and Telecommunications sector. Born and raised in Australia, Paul was most recently the Chief Customer Officer of NBN co-building their enterprise, business, and government segments from near infancy. As well as holding senior roles in Telstra including Group Managing Director of both Telstra Business and Telstra International Paul had a long career with Nokia holding executive roles in various countries across Australia, Europe, and Asia, most recently based in Singapore as the President of Nokia in the Asia Pacific region.
An experienced public company director (ASX and NYSE), Paul graduated with an Executive MBA from the UCD-National University of Ireland; a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

It connects the traditional carrier hotels located in Chai Wan (Hong Kong Island) and the data center campus located at Hong Kong Science and Technology Park's Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, providing a latency path between Hong Kong's finance and technology hubs. Its TKO Express is a domestic submarine cable crossing project to provide a diverse route between Hong Kong Island and the TKO Industrial Estate. It provides layer 2 products, including Ethernet backhaul, wavelength and Ethernet access services. Its subsidiaries include Superloop (Australia) Pty Ltd, Superloop (Singapore) Pte Ltd and CINENET Systems Pty Ltd.
