Ms. Ooi has also held senior legal, company secretarial, and regulatory roles at Equity Trustees Ltd, Alinta Ltd, United Energy Ltd, and Freehills.

Its TKO Express is a domestic submarine cable crossing project to provide a diverse route between Hong Kong Island and the TKO Industrial Estate. It provides layer 2 products, including Ethernet backhaul, wavelength and Ethernet access services. Its subsidiaries include Superloop (Australia) Pty Ltd, Superloop (Singapore) Pte Ltd and CINENET Systems Pty Ltd.
