Vivian Stewart

Vivian Stewart, appointed to the Superloop Board as an independent non-executive director, served on the BigAir Board from June 2008 and was its Chairman at the time of BigAir's acquisition by Superloop in December 2016. He serves on the Superloop Audit Committee, Remuneration and Nomination Committee and is Chair of the Risk Management Committee.

Vivian is the Chief Operating Officer of Bigtincan Holdings Ltd, an ASX-listed enterprise software company focused on the Sales Enablement market.

He has an extensive background in the IT&T industry, venture capital, and corporate advisory services. He co-founded ISP Magna Data, venture firm Tinshed, corporate advisory firm Callafin and angel investment group Sydney Angels. He has spent 10 years as an independent corporate advisor specializing in sale, merger and acquisition transactions, and related capital strategy for public and private companies.

Vivian serves on the management committee of Sydney Angels and on the investment committee of the Sydney Angels Sidecar Fund I & II. Mr. Stewart has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from The University of Sydney and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. Vivian is a Member and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
