Sarah Towers

Sarah Towers is a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager for EMEA at Supermetrics, overseeing a portfolio generating €1.2M in ARR from over 60 agency and brand clients. With previous experience as an Account Manager at ebow, where significant contributions were made to HSE's social communications during the COVID-19 pandemic, Sarah also held roles including Senior Account Executive at Sylvan Adams YM-YWHA and various positions in retail and creative arts management. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Trinity Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Politics, International Relations & Sociology from University College Dublin. An effective leader, Sarah has demonstrated strong management skills through team development and client relations throughout diverse roles in different sectors.
