Sonali Mitra

Sonali Mitra is an experienced professional in customer success and business development. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at SuperProcure since March 2023, Sonali previously held a series of progressive roles at Exly, including Senior Manager of Customer Success and Team Lead, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth. Prior to Exly, Sonali worked at OYO as a Business Development Manager and gained international business experience at Connect2India as an Assistant Manager. Early career experiences include roles at Seashell Logistics Pvt Ltd and an internship at Firefox Bikes in sales and marketing. Sonali holds an MBA in International Business from UPES and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
