Earlier experience includes serving as a Program Administrator for IBM at NATSTEEL ELECTRONICS from 1995 to 1997. Notable accomplishments include saving $100,000 within a year by developing a local PCB supplier and an additional $75,000 through a recycling packing material program. Juan Fregoso earned an MBA in International Commerce from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1997 and 2000.
