Mike Nolan has spent the past 15+ years working with manufacturing and distribution companies to increase enterprise value and drive EBITDA through real estate and operational transformation, where he completed hundreds of industrial real estate transactions throughout North America.

Recently Mike spent 10+ years at Avison Young, a global commercial real estate firm, where he was one of the founders of their Private Equity Practice and was a partner on the #1 producing global team in 2018. After Avison Young, Mike went to work as a Principal at Hickey & Associates, a preeminent consulting firm focused on global site selection and government incentives procurement, where he founded their Family Office & Private Equity Practice Group.

He most recently went to work with GTM Holdings, a family of companies focused on strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives for middle to upper-middle market manufacturing and distribution companies, to establish their Family Office & Private Equity Advisory practice.
