During this time, they founded Support Adventure, a company that recruits, trains, on-boards, and supervises remote technicians for MSPs. The business has experienced consistent growth since its inception. Additionally, Muth owned and operated their own business called Computer Genius for Hire in Toronto, Canada, from 2003 to 2016, offering computer services to homes and businesses with a focus on high-quality client service.
