Dinesh Pandey is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in the technology and customer support sectors. Currently serving as a manager at AR Genie Inc. since September 2023 and at SupportGenie since March 2019, Dinesh has contributed to the development of innovative omni-channel customer support solutions leveraging Augmented Reality and AI. Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from DAV Post Graduate College in Varanasi, along with a Higher Diploma in Software Application from TATA Infotech Education.
