Sachin Deshpande

Sachin Deshpande serves as the Senior General Manager at The Supreme Industries Ltd since April 2011, leading operational excellence initiatives for the PPD Division and managing a workforce exceeding 100 individuals across multiple plants and departments. Prior to this role, Sachin held various positions including Head of Manufacturing at Bilcare Ltd, overseeing the production activities of the Khed plant, and Plant Head at Precision Pipes & Profiles Co. Ltd., where the focus was on manufacturing refrigerator door gaskets. Earlier experience includes Assistant Manager Production at Videocon Appliances Ltd, where responsibilities included the production of extruded products for refrigerators, and Senior Engineer in Quality Control at Finolex Pipes Ltd, ensuring quality standards for PVC pipes. Sachin Deshpande holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT Pune and completed his education at Fergusson College and local schools in Pune.
