Brett Nelson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and product line management. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Sure Grip Controls since June 2021, Brett previously held various leadership roles, including TrainWise Platform Product Lead and TestWise Product Lead at Quester Tangent from November 2011 to May 2021, overseeing cross-functional teams and development activities for on-train electronic and testing systems. Prior experience includes positions at Schneider Electric and Carmanah Technologies, focusing on manufacturing engineering, automation, and electrical engineering assistance. Brett holds a Leadership Development Certificate from Camosun College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria.
