Lucienne De La Mare is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Sure since April 2016, Lucienne oversees HR functions across multiple jurisdictions including the Bailiwick of Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man. Previously, Lucienne held the position of Human Resources Manager at Sure from January 2013 to April 2016, providing a collaborative HR Generalist service. Lucienne began the HR career as an HR Officer at the States of Guernsey from September 2001 to December 2012, where a focus was placed on developing a departmental HR strategy to enhance workforce engagement and commitment. Lucienne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London, between 1998 and 2001, following education at the Grammar School in Guernsey.
