Lena Feldberg

Lena Feldberg has extensive experience as a software engineer, starting in 2018 at Sure, Inc. and continuing at Teachers Pay Teachers from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked as a software engineer at Crowdtap from 2014 to 2016, where they developed features for a social network and led teams in various aspects of software development. Prior to that, Lena was a junior software engineer at Stack Builders in 2014, where they primarily worked on Ruby on Rails apps and implemented internationalization features. Lena also has experience as a student at Full Stack Web Development Immersive Program at General Assemb.ly in 2013, where they worked on various projects and gained proficiency in BDD/TDD methodologies. Before transitioning to software engineering, Lena worked as a structural engineer at GACE Consulting Engineers PC from 2012 to 2013 and at RSD Engineering PC from 2010 to 2012, where they mastered the design of concrete and steel building elements, led inspections, and implemented digital protocols. Lena began their career as an Autocad Drafter at ERM Architecture in 2006.

Lena Feldberg completed their education in a variety of fields. Lena began their academic journey in 2002 at Brooklyn Technical High School, where they pursued a major in Architecture. Following that, they attended The City College of New York from 2006 to 2010, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. In 2010, Lena also briefly enrolled at the Apicius International School of Hospitality to study Italian Regional Cuisine. In 2013, they further expanded their knowledge by attending General Assembly for their Web Development Immersive program, although they did not receive a degree from this institution.
