Randy Embrey

Randy Embrey is a seasoned professional in product implementation and customer success within the health technology sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Implementation at Surescripts since April 2023, Randy oversees a team of Product Implementation Engineers. Prior to this role, Randy managed customer success teams at Surescripts, focusing on strategies and processes for the Payer and Pharmacy business segments. With extensive experience at DrFirst from 2005 to 2022, Randy held various positions, notably Director of Customer Experience, where oversight of a large customer service team resulted in significant reductions in call abandonment rates and improved response times.
