Steve Alden

Steve Alden is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at SureWerx since August 2023, overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, risk, and tax for a prominent supplier in the safety equipment industry. Prior experience includes the role of VP and CFO Americas at Culligan International, managing a ~$1B consumer brand portfolio, and serving as Group CFO for AAR's Repair & Engineering division. Steve has held various finance leadership positions, including VP of Finance, MRO, and VP of M&A and Investor Relations at AAR, and has experience as an adjunct lecturer at Northwestern University. Previous consulting roles at Bain & Company and research contributions to the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation further highlight Steve’s expertise.
