John Mott

John Mott is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Chief Technology Officer at SurgePays, Inc. since September 2018, John previously held the position of VP Software at Surge Holdings from January 2017 to March 2019. Prior to these roles, John worked as a contract software developer for various clients between March 2001 and January 2017, specializing in custom software development primarily in C# and Microsoft SQL. John also served as Chief Technology Officer at eKeeper from January 1999 to March 2001 and as an Operating System Developer at S&H Computer Systems from January 1989 to February 1999. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, earned from 1980 to 1984.
