Aaron Ridley

Aaron Ridley is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Surmodics, Inc. since April 2006. In this role, Aaron is responsible for preparing the Annual Operating Plan and managing the global five-year strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with company objectives through comprehensive modeling and executive reviews. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis; Financial Planning and Analysis Manager; Corporate Accounting Manager; and Senior Staff Accountant. Prior to Surmodics, Aaron worked at Deloitte from September 2003 to April 2006 as an Audit Senior. Aaron holds a degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota, earned between 1998 and 2003.
