Nicole Hilgardner

Nicole Hilgardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and development within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Principal Developer for BI & Analytics at Surmodics, Inc. since August 2019, Nicole has previously held roles such as Principal Systems Analyst/Qlikview Developer and Senior Systems Analyst. Prior to Surmodics, Nicole worked as a Senior EMR Analyst at Twin Cities Orthopedics for a brief period and spent over thirteen years at Summit Orthopedics as a Clinical Technology Analyst. Early career experience includes positions at the Institute for Low Back & Neck Care, where responsibilities encompassed Clinic Operations Manager and A/R Supervisor with IT support, and as an Engineer at Mamac Systems. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 2000 and 2004.
