Andrew Dodds is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Surpass Assessment since August 2005. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an HR Consultant at Benson Payne HR and Management Consultancy from November 2000 to July 2005. Andrew holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Leeds Beckett University and a BA Hons from Keele University.
