In 2011, they took on the role of Deputy Director at Kadence Indonesia. In 2014, they were promoted to Director Kadence Indonesia. In 2018, they became the Global Managing Director at Neurosensum, a technology provider for market research and survey needs. Most recently, in 2019, they founded and became the CEO of SurveySensum.
Rajiv Lamba obtained their MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management between 2004 and 2006.
