Clark Dutterer began their work experience in 1997 as an Enlisted Soldier in the U.S. Army. Clark served until 2001 before joining the U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion as a Human Factors/Ergonomics Intern. Clark worked there from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, Dutterer began working at SURVICE Engineering, where they held various roles including Senior Business Development Analyst, Corporate Business Development Manager, Vice President of Business Development, and currently serves as the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and VP of Business Development.
Clark Dutterer completed their high school education at Centennial High School from 1993 to 1997. Clark then pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration at Harford Community College, from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they attended the University of Baltimore to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration/Marketing from 2003 to 2005.
