Rico Neumann

Rico Neumann is an experienced partnerships manager at Survios since November 2016, overseeing partner relations for Retail and Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) distribution, internal and third-party publishing processes, and age ratings submissions. Previously held the role of manager for commercial accounts, managing LBE accounts, and handling game reporting. Additionally, served as customer support manager, managing customer support for both retail and LBE games. Before joining Survios, Rico worked at Red 5 Studios as a senior account/technical support specialist, providing direct player support and maintaining knowledge base articles for the game Firefall. Academic credentials include studies at the College of the Canyons.
