Dan Shih

Dan Shih is a Partner at Susman Godfrey, specializing in high-stakes commercial litigation, including intellectual property disputes, contract claims, and class actions related to consumer fraud and securities. Recognized as one of the "500 Leading Litigators in America" by Lawdragon in 2024 and as an "Equality Trailblazer" by the National Law Journal in 2019, Dan has extensive experience representing clients in various court settings. Prior roles include Judicial Clerk for Hon. A at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C.
