Nick Spear

Nick Spear is a Partner at Susman Godfrey LLP, a position held since November 2016, following a role as Associate at the same firm. Spear has extensive legal experience, including serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for both the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Additionally, Spear has contributed to the California Boys and Girls State program as a Counselor since June 2008 and has held various internships and clerkships during law school, including at the Employment Discrimination Clinic at the University of Chicago Law School. Educational qualifications consist of a Juris Doctor with High Honors from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science from UCLA.
