Markus Ruff began their work experience in 2012 with internships in Aftersales and Sales Management & Volume planning at BMW Group. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Trainee in Product Management & Sales at ABB. In 2016, they joined Leuze as a Global Product Manager and later became the Head of Product Management Safety until 2023. Currently, Markus is the Head of Product Line Bonding Systems at SÜSS MicroTec, starting in May 2023.
Markus Ruff has a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degree in Business Management & Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Markus then pursued a Master of Science (M. Sc.) degree in the same field at the same university from 2013 to 2014. In addition, they spent a year studying Economics & Business Administration at Universidad de Valladolid from 2010 to 2011, although they did not receive a degree from there.
