Gemma is currently serving as a Senior Director of Marketing & Operations at Sutherland Labs, where they focus on building world-respected design practices within global organizations. Prior to this, Gemma was a Communications Director at Sutherland Labs, responsible for leading marketing communications strategy and developing service propositions. Gemma also played a significant role in shaping the culture, team, and talent within the organization. Before joining Sutherland Labs, Gemma worked as a Partner at UXalliance, a global network of user experience partners. Gemma also served as a Marketing Director and Marketing Manager at ExperienceLab, where they played a crucial role in driving global marketing strategy and positioning the company as one of the most respected brands in the UK market. Gemma's early work experience includes serving as a Client Services Executive at Alcoa and as a Sales Executive at Paxton & Whitfield.

Gemma Wisdom obtained a MA degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they received a MA degree in English Literature from the University of Aberdeen between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, they hold a certification in Storytelling for Influence from IDEO U.
