Kelly Tan is a seasoned professional in the field of conversation design and user experience writing, currently serving as a Senior Conversation Designer at Sutherland Labs since July 2020, where projects include the ESPN suite and Washington Gas. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a UX Writer and Content Strategist at Dashbot, where responsibilities included writing UX copy, collaborating on product launches, and managing content strategies. Experience also includes positions at Perfect Search Media, Zendesk, NPR Illinois, Bank of the West, Asian Americans Advancing Justice | Chicago, and Northwestern University Knight Lab, spanning various roles that enhance communication, content creation, and social media engagement. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Northwestern University.
