Jeff Kepes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telephony and call center technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Genesys Implementation Engineer at Sutherland since November 2020, Jeff previously held significant positions at Genesys as the North American Lead for Enterprise Workload Management Solution and Senior Principal PS Consultant from October 2009 to November 2020. Early career roles include Senior Telephony Consultant at Gamma Engineers, Senior IVR Developer and Call Center Technology Architect at BMG, and several prominent positions focusing on IVR development and telecommunications at Juniper Bank, PNC Bank, and US Airways. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences and Information Systems from Penn State University, completed in 1996, following education at Penn Trafford High School.
