Mugdha Gupta

Mugdha Gupta is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in corporate marketing and event management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Marketing at Sutherland since July 2025, Mugdha previously held the position of Global Lead for Events Marketing, Digital & Field Marketing, and Global & Regional Client Servicing at Ramco Systems, where responsibilities included leading APAC-focused marketing strategies and driving revenue through event-led initiatives. Mugdha has also worked at Gartner as Conference Program Manager, successfully executing high-profile conferences and summits, and held various roles at EY, Aon Hewitt, Aircel, American Express, and Kelly Services, contributing to sales enablement, operational support, and HR functions. Mugdha holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from MJP Rohilkhand University.
