Deborah Yount

Deborah Yount currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sutter Health, where a strong focus on cultivating a people-first culture enhances employee engagement and operational excellence. Previously, Deborah held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at AtriCure, Inc., and served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Medtronic Cardiac and Vascular Group, overseeing HR leadership for a major sector with significant revenue and a global workforce. Deborah's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Sirific Wireless, Texas Instruments, and Nelson Staffing Solutions, coupled with active roles on non-profit boards. Deborah holds two Master's degrees in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
