Isaac Wittmann

Isaac Wittmann is an experienced Learning & Development professional with a diverse background in skills development and instructional design. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Consultant IV at Sutter Health since August 2024, Isaac previously held multiple roles at PowerSchool from January 2019 to August 2024, including Manager of Talent Development, where responsibilities included driving L&D strategy for a large SaaS company and developing management training for over 500 individuals. Prior roles also include instructional design and curriculum development at Cardinal Health, where Isaac successfully analyzed training needs and implemented effective learning solutions, as well as facilitating career competency training at The Ohio State University. Isaac holds a Master of Arts in Workforce Development and Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wittenberg University.
