Monica Nguyen

Monica Nguyen is a finance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Senior Finance Director for Insured Products at Sutter Health since May 2025, Monica previously held various positions at Canopy Health from September 2019 to May 2025, including Controller, Director of Finance, and Accounting Manager. Prior to this, Monica worked at the UCSF Controller’s Office as an Accountant from November 2017 to August 2019 and served as an Internal Auditor, Manager at MedAmerica from September 2016 to November 2017. Monica's career began at Moss Adams LLP, where Monica worked as a Business Assurance Senior and Staff from January 2009 to September 2016. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Communications from the University of California, Davis, and completed additional education at Santa Clara University in 2008.
