Ricky Cien

Ricky Cien is a registered nurse case manager at Sutter Health since February 2018, responsible for overseeing utilization management, care coordination, and discharge planning to ensure necessary services for patients and their families. Previously, Ricky served as a care manager and intern at Stellar Care at Collwood Terrace Memory Center, where family concerns regarding residents' health were addressed. During earlier experiences at Fruitvale Healthcare Center and EBMUD, Ricky focused on activity programming for residents with varying needs and monitored wastewater quality, respectively. Ricky holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nurse Case Management from Samuel Merritt University and a Bachelor's degree in Gerontology from San Diego State University.
