Iulia Lorincz

Iulia Lorincz has extensive experience in the fields of talent management and human resources. Currently serving as the EU Manager for Talent & Culture at Suvoda since February 2019, Iulia has previously held the position of Senior Talent & Culture Generalist II within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at The Adecco Group for a brief period in late 2018, and a significant tenure at Conectys from November 2012 to April 2018, where Iulia advanced through roles such as HR Manager, HR Engagement Coordinator, HR Specialist, and HR Administrator. Additionally, Iulia has experience in education, having worked as a Special Education Teacher at Special School No. 8 from September 2011 to August 2012. In terms of education, Iulia holds a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Bucharest.
