Sandi Vlad

Sandi Vlad is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational culture development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent & Culture Generalist at Suvoda since February 2018, Sandi is responsible for designing HR plans, managing employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and leading recruitment processes. Previous roles include HR Specialist at Skin Media and HR Responsible at PayU Romania, where Sandi honed skills in recruitment, personnel administration, and employee retention initiatives. Sandi holds Bachelor's degrees in Administrative Sciences and Psychology & Sociology from the University of Bucharest and Spiru Haret University, respectively, as well as specialized training in recruiting methodologies.
