Hala G. Asfar

Hala G. Asfar is an experienced professional in event management and media production, currently serving as Head of Events at SVT since May 2016. Previous roles include Executive Producer and TV-presenter for Draknästet live in 2022, where Hala initiated and produced a live event featuring characters from a popular TV series. Hala has held positions such as Head of Community at Giveitforward and Founder & Project Manager at TED Conferences, alongside project management roles at Entreprenör24 and TV3 Television Ireland. Hala's educational background includes ongoing studies at Berghs School of Communication, a degree in Valuebased Leadership from the Swedish Scout Movement, and a Bachelor's degree in Media Production Management from Dublin City University.
