Svilosa AD (Svilosa AD) is a Bulgaria-based company. It produces sulfate bleached hardwood pulp that is used as raw material for the production of paper for writing, printing, copying and papers with pigmented covering. It also produces carboxymethyl cellulose and wood briquettes. Svilosa AD has three wholly owned subsidiaries that specialize in the production of bleached pulp, including Svilotsel EAD (Svilocell EAD); the forest and wood products industry, including Ekosvil EOOD (Ecosvil EOOD) and Bioresurs Svishchev EOOD. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was A.R.U.S Holding AD with a stake of 80.67%.
