Randy Meador has over three decades of experience in the insurance and business development sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director of Agency & Partner Relations at SVMIC since August 1989. In this role, Randy is responsible for managing and developing a business development and retention team across a seven-state footprint, focusing on executing growth plans and ensuring alignment with organizational values. Prior positions at SVMIC include Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Marketing and Risk Evaluation Services. Earlier career experience includes roles at The Virginia Insurance Reciprocal and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Virginia. Randy holds a Bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Religion from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
