Louise Bayliss currently serves as the Head of Social Justice and Policy at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Ireland, a position held since December 2024, leading the Social Justice team and supporting the National Social Justice Committee. Academically, Bayliss holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Equality Studies from University College Dublin, alongside additional qualifications in Politics, Psychology, and Accounting and Finance.
