Christopher Mosher

Christopher Mosher is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in investment management and corporate development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Strategic Value Partners since February 2025, Mosher previously held the role of Partner and Chief Operating Officer at CrossHarbor Capital Partners from April 2022 to January 2025. Prior to that, Mosher was Managing Director at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P., where responsibilities included overseeing corporate development and firmwide strategy. Mosher's tenure at Lehman Brothers Holdings lasted from September 2008 to June 2020, during which Christopher led the value optimization of a complex $10 billion portfolio amidst the largest bankruptcy in history and directed negotiations with diverse stakeholders. Earlier career highlights include positions as Managing Director - Global Head of Corporate Development at Lehman Brothers and Vice President in Goldman Sachs' Financial Institutions Group, overseeing M&A and capital raising transactions. Mosher holds an MBA with High Honors from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BSBA in Finance, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
