Mr. Salwan is a member of SVP funds’ Advisory Council and is primarily involved in furthering the North American franchise with a focus on portfolio company executives and senior-level talent.
Mr. Salwan is the Co-founder and Head of Advisory for CEO.works, a Global HR advisory firm and a key talent agency for SVP. At SVP, he helps build world-class management teams and boards for portfolio companies and drives value creation through human-capital initiatives and interventions. Prior to his current role, he was the Global Head of Human Resources for Johnson and Johnson Medical Device Company. Mr. Salwan started his career in Unilever and worked as Head of HR for their North American business and led HR in the Asia pacific region. He has lived and worked in both the U.S and Europe and brings a global mindset to the talent agenda at SVP.
Mr. Salwan has an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, Xavier School of Management and a BA in Economics from Delhi University.
