Andrius Bagdzevičius is an experienced marketing professional with a focus on the beer category and brand development. Since October 2013, Andrius has served as Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager for UAB Švyturys - Utenos alus, overseeing the Švyturys and Raudonų plytų brands. As a Co-Founder of both Travel Addicts Club, an incoming tourism operator emphasizing experiential travel, and Downtown Forest Hostel and Camping, Andrius showcases a diverse entrepreneurial spirit. Previous roles include Beer Culture Development Manager and Junior Brand Manager for "Utenos" at Svyturys - Utenos alus, along with a background in sales management at Baltic youth media. Andrius holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vilnius University.

Švyturys-Utenos alus dates back to 1784, when the German merchant Jacob Rainecke founded the first industrial brewery Švyturys in Klaipėda. Over those years Švyturys has grown from a small brewery to the largest beer company in Lithuania. In 1999 Švyturys became a part of the Carlsberg Group, probably the best brewing company in the world. Two years later Švyturys merged with young and ambituos Utenos Alus brewery to became the leading beer producer in Lithuania. Currently Švyturys-Utenos Alus employs more than 500 people and is an ambitious, active and dynamic participant of almost all beverage markets in the country.
