Mangesh Wange has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Mangesh began their career at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd as a Sales Executive, where they focused on sales of tractors and spares, as well as dealer appointments and development. Mangesh then moved on to Godrej Agrovet Limited, initially serving as Vice-President, responsible for the profitability of Agri-Products. Mangesh also played a key role in building up the sales and marketing organization on a national level and coordinated with R&D and Product Supply Teams. Later, at Godrej Agrovet Ltd, they served as Business Head for Nature's Basket & Aadhaar Retail, successfully launching and managing two retail businesses. Subsequently, at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., they held the position of Director, Rural, where they focused on strategic planning and execution for rural finance, as well as designing and driving the hiring and training function for the division. At Thomson Reuters, they were the Head of Retail Business for Reuters Market Light, tasked with driving the strategy, retail operations, marketing, and HR functions for the company. Currently, they hold executive positions at Swades Foundation, initially joining as the COO and then becoming the CEO.
Mangesh Wange completed their education at various institutions. Mangesh obtained a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2020. Prior to this, they pursued a PGDM degree in Agriculture, General from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad between 1992 and 1994. Mangesh also holds a B.Tech. degree in Agri. Engg. from Punjab Agricultural University in Ludhiana, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, Mangesh has earned a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development, although the specific dates of this program are not provided.

We currently execute ~35 programmes in our geography and work with partners including Tata Trusts, Reckitt Benckiser, Deutsche Bank, UTI AMC, HSBC, Mahindra & Mahindra AFS, HDFC Bank, Australian Consulate - General Mumbai and RBL Bank to name a few.
