Jules Malâtre

Jules Malâtre has a diverse work experience across various industries. Jules began their career as an intern at MyTraffic® in 2017, where they worked as a Growth Hacker Intern and later as a Junior Sales Operations. In 2016, Jules served as the President of 13 OP, an agency specializing in organizing events around electronic music.

From 2015 to 2017, Jules joined Dynam'hit Webradio as a Partnership Manager, where they successfully managed a crowdfunding campaign and established the webradio as a prominent association in Marseille's cultural landscape. Jules also developed partnerships with various cultural and business entities.

In 2017, Jules worked as a Start-up Development Consultant at La French Tech Grande Provence, providing support and guidance to projects incubated by the startups accelerator. Jules was involved in tasks such as business plan development, marketing strategy, communication plans, and prospecting potential partnerships.

Jules joined Spendesk in 2019, where they held multiple roles. As a Sourcing Operations Manager, they scaled the sourcing operations and executed the distribution of accounts. Later, they transitioned to the role of Sales Operations Manager, responsible for territory design, sales team organization, target settings, forecasting, Salesforce and Salesloft management, sales enablement, and other revenue operations topics. In January 2022, Jules became the Senior EMEA Revenue Operations Manager at Spendesk.

In 2020, Jules also became an active member of the Business Operations Network, a community aimed at sharing best practices and industry-related content among business operations teams in France.

Most recently, Jules joined Swan in March 2023 as the First Revenue Operations Manager.

Jules Malâtre's education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015 at Université Lumière Lyon 2. Prior to this, Jules attended Lycée de St Just from 2012 to 2013, where they completed their first year of preparatory classes. Jules completed their high school education at Lycée Français de Dakar Jean Mermoz, Dakar, from 2010 to 2012, obtaining their BAC degree with a focus on Economic and Social Sciences. Jules went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Business Development at KEDGE Business School for the duration of 2015 to 2019.
