Richard Li

Richard Li is an experienced actuarial professional with a robust background in actuarial services and insurance. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Actuarial at SWAN Mauritius since September 2019, Richard leads the actuarial team and is involved in the implementation and production of IFRS 17 results. As Head of Actuarial and Insurance Services at Rogers Capital since October 2016, Richard focuses on developing actuarial and captive insurance business units. Previous roles include Director of Insurance Services at Kross Border Corporate Services Limited and positions at KPMG UK and PwC UK, where Richard contributed to significant projects involving actuarial audits, reinsurance programs, and pension scheme advisories.
