Lejla Hadzikadunic

Lejla Hadzikadunic is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance roles across various companies. Currently serving as Group Controller at SWARCO since September 2023, Lejla previously held the position of Senior Controller and Production Controller at ASTA Energy Transmission Components GmbH from October 2021 to September 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Manager Operations Finance and Senior Cost Accountant at BD from December 2016 to October 2021, and Accountant at Carmeuse Group from March 2010 to November 2016. Lejla has a strong background in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes, along with expertise in SAP for financial controlling and operational finance tasks. Lejla earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, specializing in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Sarajevo between 2002 and 2007.
